Operation

Tandem axle 18 tonne Hooklift trailer, recommended for tractors over 160HP. Three double acting spools required direct from the tractor for operation.

Standard Specification

• Lift capacity 18000 kg nominal at 200 bar depending on tyre size and providing container is loaded evenly on level ground.
• Accepts CHEM Type 20 containers of 5790 to 6500mm length
• Hydraulic telescopic hook tower, twin lift rams and container locking clamps
• Tipping angle 48 degrees
• Adjustable rubber mount drawbar with welded swivel hitch 470mm hitch height

 

Suspension and Axles

• 127mm Round commercial tandem axles on 21 tonne sprung multileaf suspension complete with rear axle hydraulic stabiliser jacks
• Air actuated S cam drum brakes, 420mm x 180mm brakes on 4 wheels, c/w load sensing

 

Wheels and Tyres

• 10 stud wheels with 385/65-22.5 remould tyres (Super singles) F rated in good condition

 

Electrics

• 12 volt lighting system to RTA standard with 7 pin socket and 2 metre curly cable
• LED front marker lights
• Commercial light units mounted in protective casing

 

Optional Extras

• Auxilliary hydraulic service connections with changeover valve
